Experience
I am very good at math and feel confident in explaining it to others and helping them understand it. I have taken 3 college level math courses so far and always excelled in high school. I have never been tutored nor have I ever been a tutor before. I grew up informally tutoring my peers because I was usually ahead of the class and I would love an experience to tutor kids. I have been looking for tutoring jobs but I am a full time student as well. I am also decent at psychology (one of my majors) and writing. I have taken 4 college level psychology classes, received an A in all 4 and I am very interested in the subject. I have taken three college english courses and gotten an A in each as well. I earned a score of 1640 on my SATs, so not phenomenal but I would like to help with study tips for kids as well. SATs are difficult to study for but I am fairly good at studying for regular exams and finding good study tips and ways to remember information. I am good at finding small tricks to trigger the memories as well as breaking the information down until it is understood.
